Booking cancellation

1. Free cancellation
Any cancellation received no later than 3 days before the arrival date is free of charge.
The prepayment is fully refundable.

2. Late cancellation or No-Show (No-Show)
In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, or in case of non-appearance of the guest, 100% of the cost of the entire stay will be deducted.
The prepayment will not be refunded in this case.

3. Confirmation of cancellation
Cancellation of the reservation is considered valid only after the guest receives the cancellation number and an official confirmation letter from the hotel.

Guests and visitors of the hotel must take care of the property and equipment of the hotel, keep it clean and in good order.

In case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, the guest and the visitor of the hotel reimburse the cost of the damage caused, according to the established tariffs.

Guests and visitors of the hotel must comply with fire safety regulations.
