CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

Cancellation and postponement of booking dates

1. In case of cancellation or postponement of the reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival of the guest at the hotel, free of charge.

2. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date, the prepayment (payment for the full stay) will not be refunded.

Guests and visitors of the hotel must take care of the property and equipment of the hotel, keep it clean and in good order.

In case of loss or damage to the property of the hotel, the guest and the visitor of the hotel reimburse the cost of the damage caused, according to the established tariffs.
